Auxiliary has supported many veteran and local community events over the years including My father a lifetime member of the Legion a WWII Army Veteran provided the meal at his funeral in 2018 They have always stepped up to provide needed support both offering and when called upon. Great group!

Local American Legion has hosted and supported numerous events over the past several years, weekly dinners, parades, support for veterans, funerals, and has worked with and supported other local veteran nonprofit groups.

907VETS a local NonProfit reached out to Anchor Point VFW in support of medical transportation funding needs for a VA non-service connected veteran. VFW additionally reached out to their own Auxiliary, Anchor Point Vietnam Veterans of America, and a local business to increase funding support. Because of funding support the veteran recieved the care needed in a timely fashion.
