Active Minds has truly changed the conversation surrounding mental health. As a mental health advocate and Active Minds member at Santa Monica College, I truly see how our footprint has positively impacted students. Students are more willing to talk about their mental health and engage in workshops, events, and webinars. Together, we are creating an environment where individuals feel comfortable talking about a subject that is often not talked about.
