Mended Hearts is an non-profit organization that highly benefits everyone with Heart Disease. We provide education of new heart procedures, new medications but most of all we provide Mended Heart visitors who visit heart patients in the hospital to guide them through the recovery stage. Heart patients in the hospital need peer to peer support to get through their recovery and to put their family at ease. Mended Hearts makes a huge difference during our hospital visits and follow up phone calls.
