This org has placed a few tenants at my apt building. Their client is unable to pay their share and refuses to pay her share once the assistance is over in 4-6 months. The tenant is not screened properly. I have cops and social workers over at the apt several times. My good paying tenants fear retaliation if they complain. The case worker at UBH and her supervisor are unable to step in and do anything about it. By the time i finally manage to evict the tenant , i will be owed a good $5500+. I am all for doing my bit for charity but this is going too far. My advice is do not accept any tenants from UBH. I am stuck with a problem tenant.
