Active Minds has changed my life and the lives of so many others. As a volunteer, I have met the people behind this wonderful organization, who are addressing an issue that few people are talking about. Active Minds is ensuring that mental health is valued on school campuses and communities across the nation. It is changing the way that we talk about mental health and creating an inclusive community that makes sure that no one is left behind.

I discovered Active Minds this past year when I was looking to start a club focused on mental health. Addressing such a relevant and huge topic as mental health can be intimidating, however, Active Minds provided our chapter with everything we needed. They give their chapters resources while also letting them thrive on their own. Furthermore, the sense of community created with nation-wide chapters makes you feel welcome and empowered. I believe this community is what makes Active Minds special and I am confident in saying that this organization has changed my life.
