Review for The Gow School, South Wales, NY, USA
my son was a student at this school. their lack of adequate supervision led to his developing a drug problem. ultimately he was ostracized by the school officials and i was treated with a total lack of respect, especially by the arrogant headmaster, who accused my then 14 year old son of being a drug dealer without having the decency to discuss his accusations with me. older students whose behavior went far beyond acceptable were allowed to continue in exchange for cash donations. their education system works, but a total change in administration is needed.

My son benefitted from excellent teachers, but poor supervision by less than competent administrators and exposure to extremely spoiled older students ultimately led to his failure at the school and ostracism. The school doesnt do enough to balance the differences in material possessions among the different students, not to mention the drugs on campus. Arrogance and lack of communications skills are especially present in the headmaster and the director of admissions.
