I met Ms.Stephanie A via telephone on 7/1/2020. My initial impression was, that she was a people person, professional ,knowledgeable and showed exceptional compassion to my situation.
However, my initial perception she greatly exceeded all of those. Within a day she was able to assist my family and I with much needed assistance. I’m extremely thankful for this organization
along with Ms.Cindy and Ms.Stephanie.

I truly believe Ms.Stephanie is a valuable asset to the organization and she exemplifies what “Exceptional” customer service is and should be!
