My family visits TCWR every summer and each time we go we are amazed at the improvements to the facility. It is evident that every dollar they receive from donations is spent on making the best habitats and providing the best care for the animals. These animals were all rescued from horrible situations and at TCWR they get to live the rest of their lives in comfort, with spacious enclosures, plenty of food, enrichment activities, and vet care. Just look at some of the before and after pictures and you can see what a difference TCWR is making! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly and will answer all questions. They offer several different types of tours and I think the education they provide about the cub petting business is invaluable. Another really fun thing is that they have lodging options! There is no other experience like listening to the lions caroling at night. I can not recommend TCWR enough. Everyone should make the trip at least once.
