Shelter Transport Animal Rescue Team ("START") is the leading California Rescue Organization to SAVE our rescues from California's High-Kill shelters and to get them all spayed/neutered. We transport those on the euthanasia lists to our partners in the Pacific Northwest where they're immediately adopted out to loving forever homes. Our spay/neuter programs fund spay/neuters in California's underserved communities monthly . . . and, with your support, often more.
