When I came to Finding Balance, I knew I needed help, but I didn't even know what kind of help I needed. I had tried so many things to break free from eating issues, but I now realize I was really just trying to exist in diet culture and never really be free from it. Finding Balance has opened my eyes. I love that God is at the center and this group understands that all our efforts are in vain if not rooted in Christ.
