Active Minds has changed my life. This is a MAJOR UNDERSTATEMENT! This community is full of love, empathy, inspiration, and kindness. Active Minds truly has changed my campus through education, research, and advocacy. Because of this non-profit, my mental health and overall well-being has improved significantly AND has changed my campus in so many positive ways.
