NICA has lost its way. It requires a new business model and a new BOD. They have alienated their core customer, League Directors. Their BOD and president have proven to be capricious, mean spirited and out of touch with its "customers.
It pains me to write this. But I strongly recommend you give your hard earned dollars directly to the individual leagues rather than the national organization.

This organization changes families, plain and simple. It did with mine. It created a bond between my wife, son and I that remains strong to this day. Mountain biking, and NICA specifically, gave us a common reference point, a place, activity, and shared passion that the three of us will share until the end of our days. And it all started with a NICA freshman mountain bike race. Thank you NICA!
