We adopted a pup from PawsNewEngland back in Feb. of 2020, which they recused from a puppy hoarding situation in a southern state. The process was very detailed but yet simple because we had an adoption coordinator who was fantastic, Ariana. She walked us through each step kept us informed. The foster mom Fung, who had our pup prior to her coming to us, was so nice, she sent us photos and videos, met with us for a meet & greet, always available to discuss food & supplies. All prior vet paperwork was provided. The home inspection was also super easy, the volunteer worked with our schedule, was friendly & punctual. Our puppy was already trained and social, I think due to the fact that she wasn't kenneled but in a home with a foster family, we liked that and considered this vital. If we decide to add to our family again we will definitely adopt through PawsNewEngland. She is such a happy dog and couldn't imagine our life without her now!
