I love golden Heart Ranch. When my daughter Keri the director of the facility first took me to the Ranch I fell in love. The ranch is magical. It provides a place for people with disabilities to learn to cook, socialize, learn art or music, CPR, care for animals like nosey Rosie the resident cow, collect eggs from the chicken coops, feed goats and tortoise , as well as, bunnies. They have many events and outings and are planning to expand to have permanent housing for residents. The young people that have attended Golden Heart Ranch have gained many skills. But I think most of all they gain many friendships that last them a long time. I know my grandkids love the ranch especially my granddaughter. Please consider donating to Golden Heart Ranch it is a very special place.
