continue to reach out to so many others. I feel so fortunate to have spent half a year on the Chewonki neck. Receiving financial aid made this possible for me. More funds would also allow Cheownki to further "green" their buildings since they are in the midst of renovating using sustainable methods.
Ways to make it better...
I could have stayed at Cheownki longer!!!!
In my opinion, the biggest challenges facing this organization are...
Allowing people from all economic backgrounds to participate in Chewonki programs.
One thing I'd also say is that...
Chewonki made me feel empowered, challenged me, and gave me hope about our future because I felt like I could do something to help our world despite all the environmental problems that already exist and worsen.
