I was collaborating with VIN as Human Resources EU Aid Volunteer during one month. It has been a pleasure to have the opportunity to live in Kathamndu Valley with other great volunteers.
I have participated in other international volunteer experiences and I have to recognize that I was positively surprised how VIN is organised and how they manage all the volunteers. There were volunteers from all around the world and all of them were really motivated and with one specific project assigned.

The contact between all participants, the commitment VIN has and the chance to visit the communities and see how VIN is working with the most vulnerable families, has been an amazing experience for me and I cannot be more thankful.

Despite my volunteering should take 5 months, because of Covid 19 I was forced to leave Nepal after just one month and I would love to come back one day to keep doing what I was supposed to do. VIN is an amazing NGO that needs volunteers to keep supporting all projects they work with such as women’s and youth empowerment, children’s development, public health and environment conservation. I strongly recommend joining VIN for volunteer experience. You will have the opportunity to discover how amazing is Nepal and to contribute to create a more just and equal world.
