Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking continues to grow its impact in Colorado. Thousands of health care and system involved youth professionals have been educated on how to spot potential trafficking, hundreds of human rights leaders have been trained, thousands of hotline calls have been referred to over 300 vetted resources and the third Colorado Project research report will be published this year. Impressive. I'm proud to be a part of this Board working to end human trafficking.

As a Board Member, I see first-hand the impact Laboratory to Combat Human Trafficking is making to fight this horrible human rights crime. This year we will gather data for the third Colorado Project, evaluating how Colorado is working against human trafficking. I look forward to the new findings and action plan that will be published in 2023 as it will focus our policy, training, research, Hotline and leadership development work to be even more effective in combating human trafficking.

LCHT is making a profound difference in how we fight human trafficking in Colorado, based on state-specific research. Through the training, management of the Hotline and the leadership development program, LCHT is focused on informing, educating and helping survivors of human trafficking in a meaningful and impactful way. I am proud to serve on this hardworking Board.
