I learned about ATOU about 10 years ago through a Roseville Chamber of Commerce presentation. I was immediately intrigued with the mission and started asking friends with school aged children about the school programs. To a person, I was told how the ATOU workshop in their child's school was often noted as the most memorable day in their child's school year. I began following the organization and eventually attended many fund raisers and the Spirit of Inclusion workshop to learn firsthand about the people, their passion, and the programs. After 20 plus years, ATOU is a remarkable part of our community. The seeds of empathy and understanding planted with their workshop attendees leave life long lessons. We are a better community for it.
