Review for ANIMAL GUARDIANS HORSE RESCUE INC, Simi Valley, CA, USA
I have been part of Animal Guardians Horse Rescue out of Simi Valley for almost a year now. This non profit is one of the best. Deborah Dellvon and her board along with every one who volunteers are top notch. The care they show for these rescue horses is truly a blessing for these animals. I have been blessed to be able to see these rescues first hand because I do the transport from the surrender location to their new rehab home. Then from their rehab home to their forever home. I am fortunate to be able to adopt one of the rescues. She is a 17 yr old Mustang her name is Sunfire aka SUNY and her circumstances prior to coming to me for foster was not good. She is a mare who I definitely believe knows where she came from and now knows the difference. Very smart lil red dun Mustang. I’m truly blessed to have this organization in my life.
We appreciate the dedication, loving care, and efforts put forth by you, and the other foster caregivers, who help us pull "unadoptable" equines from the County Shelter programs. And we love fosters even more when they end up falling in love and adopting their rescue fosters, like you did with Sunny. Thank you for helping us with volunteer equine transport on our Board of Directors, and for giving Sunny the ultimate "happily ever after".
