PromBringIt really does...BRING IT!!! I have worked with this organization in various capacities, and have always been pleased and inspired to have done so. Initially, as a sponsor, I was able to donate items to the cause, and delighted in seeing the young women AND men who were able to benefit, moving me to also provide meals and future discounts to the volunteers! In successive years as a teacher, I have asked, and been fortunate enough to have my students allowed to select items to use appropriately for job interviews, fashion shows, and prom, as well as practical life skills application. My students wanted to help with a fundraiser, to show their gratitude and support last year, but lost contact from the last known school of operation. This year would have been the biggest senior class for our small charter school, with likely the greatest need. Alas, circumstances have put many of our planned activities on hold for the class of 2020, but we will still celebrate our successes! If PromBringIt is up and running when we get back on track, we would love to collaborate as we have in the past. I understand that there are other facets of the operation that I have not touched on here, but have anticipated being part of. As I certainly plan to do, I encourage everyone to learn more about PromBringIt...what they have to offer the community, as well as what support we can provide them in return! 🧡
