Review for Each Child Counts Foundation, Oak Ridge, NC, USA
Each Child Counts Foundation started in 1998 when a group of friends decided to start sending funds to Liberia to help feed some of the thousands of childen who were starving as a result of civil war. This small organization has grown to be fully licensed US 501C3/NGO. They are currently working to build a green school in the middle of the bush in Clay Ashland Liberia. The 2013 goal of this organization includes development of the school in adition to the neighborhood surrounding the schools. The goals include a community garden, a clinic, a soccer field and a playground. They really deserve the help that they need to bring these goals to fruition. 95% of all funds directly support the children and expenses are covered from the donations of the board of directors.

Review for Each Child Counts Foundation, Oak Ridge, NC, USA
I love my association with Each Child Counts Foundation. The thing that matter most to me in a charity is integrity and transparency. Although this organization is small I can be certain that the majority of my donations are spent taking care of the children that I care about. The organization could be more aggressive about reaching out to others for support and growing at a faster pace.

I've personally experienced the results of this organization in...
I have seen children get beds, brand new shoes and clothing for the first time in their lives. I have seen a former foster child go on a mission trip at age 75 and provide ice cream for 40-50 kids, most of whom had never had ice cream before. I have seen a little boy save a painting for two years and turn down money to give to the man who told he he had talent. I have seen children feel loved.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
