RAPTOR Inc. is a wonderful, caring, and inspiring organization. I dropped off an injured Great Horned Owl at their facility in November, 2019. Cindy Alverson welcomed my numerous inquiries on the owl’s welfare, answering my questions and keeping me up to date on the owl’s progress over the following months. When the owl recovered and was able to be released, a small group waited eagerly to observe and celebrate the event. Watching that beautiful creature fly away with strength and vitality was unforgettable, and only possible due to the efforts of staff and volunteers at RAPTOR Inc.!
