My Nonprofit Reviews
Review for Free2Luv, Seattle, WA, USA
I had the opportunity to experience Free2Luv on a recent visit to Las Vegas. I currently program live theatre shows and cultural programs for youth and young adult in my community. A friend told me about the show because of my passion for work with youth and young adults. The best way to describe this group is a very professional group of talented performers sharing their life experience with bullying. Through their artistry, this group of youth ages nine through middle twenty something bought to life the impact of being bullied in this stunning theatrical show.
I was able to go behind the scenes and personally experience the comradery of these young people and hear how much they wanted to use their trauma to effect change for others who have ever endured bullying. It was such a powerful show with impactful stories that brought the audience to tears. It was amazing watching the school children in the audience was immersed in the show and connected with the performers from their seats.
The entire experience was so profound, first to experience such a thriving theatre embedded into to a library was the first astonishment for me…then to experience the high level of talent and the physicality of the performers in such a moving show.
If you can attend Free 2Luv Cirque Tour de Force, go see the show. You won’t be disappointed. The artistic team, and the performers are amazing, very passionate and simply a delightful group.
