I work at a bookstore which closed March 18, 2020 due to Covid-19. The owner suggested I contact BINC for possible assistance. I filled out the simple application and was contacted by Kit Steinaway about a week later. We spoke on the phone, I sent in some paperwork and received a check shortly after that. I honestly did not think I would be eligible for any assistance. I was shocked to receive the much needed help. A note was enclosed with the check letting me know I could seek additional assistance if necessary. I am so thankful to BINC.
