I began working at the Borgen Project as a PR/Marketing Intern. I learned a lot during my time doing this and even though I was working remotely, I got a lot of hands on experience and was able to apply myself to real world situations. Everyone on my team was great, and my manager Tatiana was always there if I had any questions via zoom, and was super understanding throughout the whole process.

After my internship I began working as a Regional Director for 6 months and doing this expanded my knowledge in the communication field even more. I truly believe my experience with the Borgen Project has made me more confident going into the post college job world.

I loved getting to work with such a supportive team, and all for such an amazing cause! Everyone was so passionate and dedicated in improving the lives of the world's poor, it made all of our work FUN and not so much of a "chore" like some places.
