I volunteered for VIN in 2007 when it was just starting up and I highly recommend VIN then and now. VIN was very welcoming and supportive during my entire stay. I had a wonderful host family and taught English at the local schools. Bhupendra, VIN's director, and his staff are very dedicated and are making a great impact on the community. The Nepali are some of the most wonderful people I have met and working with VIN is a great way to experience this culture while giving back. I have remained in contact with VIN and Bhupi throughout the years and have seen VIN grow into a beautiful NGO which is helping more and more people everyday thanks to their hard work and passion.
