Review for Educational Pathways International, Incline Village, NV, USA

Rating: 5 stars

I am Raphael Amankwaa, a second year Law student at the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. As a student, I have always endeavor to achieve the best in my chosen field of study. As such, I am always determined to advance to the best position to enable me contribute my quota to my community, and also to the administration of justice in my country. A spectacle of my community and country at large shows how voiceless and innocent people who for some reasons are unable to get justice. As a proponent of justice, I feel morally obligated to serve these people to get justice after obtaining the necessary training.
With much enthusiasm and hard work, I managed to make it to the KNUST to study law. But my first month at the school ,only, portrayed nothing but a stranded person who was out of place, which made me feel I did not fit in. My situation was as a result of financial constraint which made it difficult getting basic educational necessities. However, amidst this predicament, Educational Pathways International (EPI) family came to my aid in 2019 and awarded me a comprehensive scholarship and since then there has been a pivotal change in my education and entire life.
This EPI has been a family to me ever since and has always prioritize my education and personal well-being through various seminars and group meetings which I personally call it a family gathering. Through these exposure, I have been endowed with various teachings and skills.
Even during the early phase of the novel Covid-19 pandemic, which led to the closure of schools for about a period of nine to ten months, EPI always engaged us (beneficiaries) through various correspondence to enlighten us on the pandemic, especially how to stay safe.
All these point to the fact that EPI is not just a scholarship scheme or foundation but a family with its members (beneficiaries) at heart.
My experience with this foundation has instilled in me self-discipline, tolerance and the ability to articulate my views on issues.
In a nutshell, EPI from my perspective is an ordained mechanism for raising people like me from obscurity to limelight. I am therefore forever indebted to this great foundation for all the support that it has bestowed on me. It is my firm, resolute hope and prayer that this great Organization advances from one rung of the ladder to the highest height.

I am Raphael Amankwaa, a first-year Law student of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana. I completed Diaso senior high school, a less endowed school. Coming from a poor background when there was no hope, Educational Pathways International (EPI) has given me hope and impacted greatly on my education since my first semester 2019/2020 academic year.

It is a great privilege to write on the general impact of Educational Pathways International scholarship (EPI) on my life and how it has tremendously changed my educational life and given me hope for my dreams.

To commence with, EPI has influenced my education positively, this is because prior to my enrollment on EPI scholarship, I used to spend a lot of my time thinking about how to get funds to support my education. However, with EPI, I am able to annexed and channel these time to my education. EPI has relieved me of the daily stress as to how to gather money to acquire my basic educational needs, now with EPI my tuition fees and other educational needs are met. Also, being on the EPI scholarship has also helped given hope to my dreams, goals and aspiration.

I offered to study Law with the intent of being a Lawyer in the near future to be able to assist the needy, poor and voiceless who for some reasons are unable to access justice in our country and also to contribute my quota to my community and Ghana as a whole. This dream of mine almost faded until it was rekindle by EPI. I must reiterate that EPI did not only give hope to my dreams but it has created the assurance that these goals of mine could be achieved.

Aside the educational benefit, I have been equipped with various leadership skills and life experiences which are not entrenched in our educational system. These skills however in effect will contribute to my overall wellness in the society as I advance in life. The acquisition of these skills was made possible through the various meetings and seminars I have attended since I joined EPI.

I would like to use this opportunity to express my profound gratitude to the Educational Pathways International for their support and sponsorship to my education and my overall wellbeing.
