Last year I slipped in the shower and conked my head. I was in ICU for 5 days and used up my sick days and vacation days to get paid. From then on it was a struggle, due to other financial issues, and then I heard about BINC. This year, at Winter Institute, a yearly bookseller conference, my coworkers went to the BINC meeting and brought their new wisdom back to our bookstore. I applied and BINC helped me and my husband.
So very amazing and wonderful. Especially at this moment in time.
