What a life changing experience I had by participating in the 4DD program which is a 4 months professional development cohort. By which I have learned professional skills, wellness in the workplace, and not to mention personal growth. This has yet been the most effective program taught by highly experienced educators, mentored by entrepreneurs, and great leaders. I am now more confident in my work within the tribal communities by applying the tools given to me by this program. I can also say my work is more efficient because I have acquired a healthier way of communicating and being able to use and strengthen my core strengths. Now I strive to be the change I want to see in this world, thanks to Partnership With Native Americans.
