PWNA have been an vital organization in Indigenous communities creating an impact that addresses unique issues and solutions in Indian Country and in urban areas. We have been able to partner with PWNA on scaling collective action and empowerment in our tribal nations and communities in the southwest area of the U.S. They have been able to contribute towards the the inclusion of Indigenous participation and presence in areas where Indigenous people were invisible or excluded. We greatly appreciate their ways of supporting and creating tribal synergies, furthering intentional organizing, and developing sustainable practices for Indigenous public health systems.
