In October, I attended a 2 day cooking class hosted by PWNA taught by their instructor, Inyan. There, we learned how to properly prepare food, clean and sharpen our tools and clean our food prep areas. This was not only a fun class to participate in with local community members and family but it also built new friendships. PWNA employee, Laura Shad, was a joy to have around with her vibrant energy and genuine love for our community. If given the opportunity, I would jump at the chance to attend another class.
