Everytime I step through the door, for a workshop or a class or a personal contact, I feel such comfort. Rev Dr Nancy Nester is so knowledgeable - about everything! She helps us with our breath, our bodies with information on health and body alignment; she helps us with our brains and minds through meditation and mindfulness; she helps us by encouraging us to ask ourselves for information first - then we know we own our power! I love taking all her classes, from yoga to healthy brain to meditation to staying healthy as I age. She is a gift to all of us.
