Over the past few months I have emailed and called no less than 7 times about support for a brother. I have also emailed. I've also asked the chairman and executive director very basic questions. I don't get anything.

Recently I saw an email where one of the board members snapped at a brother for asking basic questions. I do realize the brother,s approach was rough but I understand why it's ok to tell the brother how illiterate he is and that the board member is going to help real soldiers. That brother happens to have a pretty good knock to his head. No one can get a straight answer about really basic public info and a response to a wounded brother. I realize gbf may be going through changes but seems like they haven't focus. Even the board is unresponsive. The Trust isn't much better .
