When I found a starving abandoned dog walking in front of two cars in the middle of the road, I reached out to several rescues for help. One I had already passed the home check with and an approved foster. The ONLY rescue that called me back was Pup and Cat. After going through all legal channels in case the pup ran away, I was able to foster him for the rescue. I ended up keeping this beautiful boy, and have adopted a few more since then. This rescue is true to the heart of saving everything they can. They are foster based, and need fosters and donations to keep going. They are all strictly volunteers.
