I am so happy I finally found you! I finished my treatment this past July and couldn't get motivated to exercise. I registered for your Tuesday night class and I am thrilled. Debbie you are amazing! I am getting out, exercising, meeting and making new friends and feeling a renewed sense of hope and strength. I attended the wellness retreat this weekend and was so inspired by the LOVE, energy, compassion and support of every single person I met. All of the classes were organized, fun and inspirational. The meals provided were top quality! The accommodations were superb. I LOVED it! Tammy Sayres
