Getting to participate with R2R has not just opened my heart up to music again, it has encouraged me to engage in forms of art in general in my recovery and as The most powerful resiliency tools I use on a daily basis. I am humbled and so thankful for those who continued to show me love through music when i didn’t have the ability to love myself.
