Metta is an awesome rescue. I have been privileged to foster with them and the care and love and detailed attention the dogs receive is quite amazing. They provide good quality food, heartworm prevention, flea and tick prevention, toys, treats, crates and up to and including training tools and specialty equipment for every animal. It is a lot and it takes a lot of time and money to provide that level of care to animals that have often come to them because of neglect, abuse or severe medical need. Abby and Theo are in the pictures and they are my two Metta fosters. Beautiful pups that I will always love and think of often. For me, fostering feels like we are helping to do our part in solving the problem of unwanted pets ( plus I get to play with new pups!!) and Metta is very understanding that I travel for work and cannot always be available and letting me help when I can, so I love them for giving me my chance!
