I've known Chelsea and Safe Dogs by the Rivers for over 20 years and can say I've never met a more educated, respected, honest, ethical and loving non-profit in that time. Safe Dogs see's the big picture, from sheltering, behavior, nutrition to education. They're an exceptional Organization.
