I have volunteered as a retiree at Minnie's food pantry almost every week for a year and a 1/2. I have worked in all areas but I love Being a cart runner. They are so organized
in helping the clients that are coming in to pick up food. I Love being able to interact with the clients and give them hugs as I load their food in their vehicle. Will continue to volunteer as long as I am physically able. I also love how they do not discriminate based on zip codes. People come as far away as 40 miles to pick up food monthly from Minnie's food pantry. I love all the people that work here and the regular volunteers.
