I'm Willy Destin I used to be a health promoter and I've been with Health Horizons during the past 10 years, I'm actually the Referral Coordinator, HHI is working very hard to provide quality care servises to patients with HTN, DM, epilepsy and asthma and with many other health problems... I feel proud and a better person because I'm part of this organization.
