Working at MHA was a life changer! The leadership are supportive and spend time getting to know their staff. The supervisors at MHA are wonderful and very easy to work with. The work culture supports work/family balance and really focuses on the overall health of their staff. They celebrate with each other and support one another as well as navigate difficult waters as a full team. This agency truly cares about the individuals that work for them and does everything they can to make the employee experience as positive and memorable as possible. My experience was excellent and I would recommend MHA to person looking for a position in a macro organization!
