I started walking dogs at the Harford Shelter in 2018 when my dog passed away. There I met Tom and learned how he came to launch K2C following the passing of his beloved dog. Listening to Tom and watching his work, I came to understand that K2C is Tom’s calling, not a hobby. Tom’s efforts acted as a force multiplier for all the outstanding efforts the shelter made in finding the right forever homes for all the animals. Tom focused on the dogs who had been there the longest and his efforts resulted in their adoptions!
