I've always been a Goodwill shopper. Gotta love those designer labels for next to nothing. But when I found out the money goes to help people find jobs, I made a even greater point to donate and shop there. This organization is a WIN-WIN for all.

I've seen a person with a drug problem who spent time in prison totally change their life around because of the income and dignity they got from the steady employment Goodwill helped them find.

If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...

help people understand that mission isn't actually our stores. The stores just help us fund the mission

Role:  Professional with expertise in this field & I wrote most of the grants that helped people find jobs.
