(LESS THAN 1 STAR SINCE THERE WAS NO SERVICE.) Operation Provider - designed to prevent homeless, help homeless and hungry, help with utilities during a terrible winter resulting in 60K power outages and countless needy - failed to 1) properly notify the public (I.e. the needy) of their planned closing from December 24-January 9, 2) provide recorded message of same to their client target, 3) provide notice online to their client targets, and 4) provide adequate volunteer sensitivity training to interact with their target clients.
