Having known Terry and ARM for years, I had finally the opportunity to take home one of the Arabians, which Terry was asked to rehome, when the owners were no longer able to care for their horses. Since I am located in Georgia, I could not have rescued one before because of the distances involved. Terry arranged for me to visit the owners and letting me choose which of the horses I wanted to take. I had selected one of the stallions prior to me visiting the farm where the horses were located. When I got there and saw the horses, I decided that there was no way I could handle the stallion I had selected. It was a shame because this horse was a lovely looking stallion. Terry was very helpful explaining to the owners the reason why I was not able to take the stallion. I am sure, one day I will be able to find a horse, which will be suitable for me and ARM with Terry at the helm will be instrumental in helping me to do just that.
