As a Navy nurse vet from the Vietnam era when our vets were not appreciated for their sacrifice and service, I am very sensitive to this issue. Vet tix is a great organization that has taken on the mission of allowing those who care to bless our vets thru event ticket donations. It may seem like a small gesture but it is so good for vets to feel appreciated.
