Someone told me about this advocacy group and I called them when I had a problem with
a Sandals resort in Jamaica. My wife and I had planned to celebrate our 20th anniversary at one of the Sandals resorts. We paid the off the cost and were scheduled to go when my wife passed away. I figured they wouldn't refund the payment so I asked them to let my daughter and her fiancée use my reservation. They said no. This is where Michelle from Elliott Advocacy came to the rescue. She contacted them and I received a call saying they changed their mind and my daughter could use the reservation. I was delighted it worked out so well and now my daughter can enjoy an all expense paid vacation.
