Review for Crossroads Farm, Reading, MI, USA

Rating: 5 stars

Crossroads Farm is A Cooperative Rural Youth Ministry!

I volunteer with Crossroads Farm in Reading Michigan (South Central) The mission is simple but so important!! We work in cooperation with rural churches to provide quality youth programming and outreach events. It is our desire that every rural secondary student is able to hear the Gospel in a welcoming environment and be given the opportunity to respond to that message.

I was a student with Crossroads Farm from 7th grade through 12th grade. I spent 4 years on the leadership team. After I went to college, I came back to Rural America specifically because of Crossroads Farm. I have been an adult coach member of the Leadership team for 5 years now. I love Crossroads Farm and the work this ministry has been doing for 20 years! There is nothing like it in the nation working with Rural Teens! Every corner of Rural America needs a Crossroads Farm.

Review for St Martins Healthcare, Garrett, IN, USA

Rating: 5 stars

St. Martin’s Healthcare, Inc. provides quality medical and dental care for acute and chronic conditions, optometry and medication assistance services to uninsured and underinsured residents in DeKalb and Noble counties. It is a full-service clinic that meets the needs of its residents and is impacting many individuals and families who would otherwise have no access to healthcare. All services provided at the clinic are at no charge to our patients.

St. Martin’s Healthcare is the only charitable healthcare clinic located in DeKalb County. It is estimated that 25-30% of DeKalb and Noble County residents will be uninsured or underinsured at some point during the year. To the majority of our patients, we are their medical and dental home. The clinic is supported completely by grants, foundations, community donations, and fund-raisers.

Our clinic continually strives to care compassionately for any of the Lord’s flock who enter our doors professing healthcare needs.
