This organization provides such crucial services with great efficiency and focus. It leverages a set of relatively small resources (donated equipment and supplies, money and volunteer support) into huge, even life-saving, improvements to healthcare provided in developing countries. In fact, it goes one step further and has an environmental benefit by taking waste in this country and turning it into resources for another country.

By being so involved with the management, I've had access to testimonials from hospital officials who have benefited from Global Links' willingness to take unwanted equipment and supplies, medical officials who have used these unwanted items to deliver better healthcare, and individuals whose health has been improved or even saved due to the capture, refurbishing, redistribution and reuse of discarded hospital equipment and supplies.
If I had to make changes to this organization, I would...
Enable it to expand its "headquarters" space in order to get administration, volunteers and warehouse in one space and under one roof in order to increase efficiency, staff efficiency and energy efficiency, and reduce logistical and transportation costs.
