The time I spent at LCHT in various roles has given me the perspective and tools I will need for a career in human rights advocacy and research. The organization is exceptional in its research-driven and trauma-informed approach to everything it does, and the work it is doing is making a very real, tangible difference in the community. Each and every member of the organization I have interacted with are driven by the singular goal of addressing the complex issue of human trafficking in a thoughtful, considered, evidence-based manner. I have never been involved with an organization that is so thoroughly devoted to its values and mission.
